Property prices across the London boroughs have risen by 489% in the last two decades, with Westminster topping the inflation league table, at +784% since 1997.
Back in February 1997, the average property price in London was just £107,829. Jump forward 20 years to February 2017, and the average price had leapt £530,539 to £638,368.
