Stuart Penney, the Daily Telegraph’s Property Editor from 2010 to 2015, has teamed up with Belgravia estate agency Henry & James to drive its digital platforms forward.
The H&J affair marks the launch of Penney’s multi-media content consultancy, Moneypenney Digital, and will see the national property page stalwart translate his experience at the Telegraph – where he built the property section into a vibrant multi-media platform, quadrupling the number of online visitors in five years – to the agency side.
With the help of some of the best property writers and videographers in Fleet Street, Moneypenney will be creating “a wealth of new content and stories for the Henry & James website, as well as re-launching [its] monthly newsletter. It will include features on local celebrities, interior design trends and market news.”
“Combined with social media, e-newsletters are still one of the best ways to communicate with new and existing customers,” says Penney. “Some companies are slow to embrace the new digital revolution, but Henry & James is spearheading a new-way of thinking. Listening to customers’ needs and improved user experience, are at the heart of the new digital strategy.”
Stuart Penney, Moneypenney Digital: “I am delighted to be working with Henry & James. They have some of London’s best properties for sale, and I am looking forward to taking the Henry & James website in new directions. In the coming months, we will be producing content that is helpful to anyone moving home, whether they live in London or are thinking of returning to the capital.”
James Bailey, Henry & James: “Our expertise in selling property and Stuart’s expertise in digital media makes for an incredible marriage. It is a competitive marketplace, but we are confident that Stuart can help us take Henry & James to a new level when it comes to promoting our services.”
