A British exit from the European Union poses a significant threat to the UK’s property industry – and particularly the high-value residential sector – says Carter Jonas, after discovering that 65% of its clients from across the real estate industry are anti-Brexit, and that 10% would actually consider relocating their businesses should Britain go it alone.
With a referendum looming ever larger, the property industry is, according to this survey, as troubled by a potential EU exit as it is by the clear and present housing shortage.
