The Economics Research Council’s Annual ‘Boom or Bust’ Property Debate

June 8 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

The fourth annual ERC debate on the future of residential property prices in the UK.

Based on the popular event of the same title last year, the Economic Research Council are hosting a fourth discussion to see what has changed since then, and what we can expect to happen to the UK’s residential property market in the future.

This year’s event once again features four speakers who each offer a different perspective on the property market: Dan Bayley (National Head of Commercial Office Leasing at BNP Paribas Real Estate), providing the commercial property perspective; Camilla Dell (Managing Partner at Black Brick Property Solutions), providing the buying agent’s perspective; Neal Hudson (Associate Director at Savills Residential Research), providing the researcher’s perspective; and Ed Mead (Executive Director at Douglas & Gordon), providing the selling agent’s perspective. Chairing the event this year will be Damian Wild (Editor of Estates Gazette).

6.30 pm – Drinks and Networking
7.00 pm – Lecture start
8.00 pm – Q&A
8.30 pm – Finish
