Global estate agency brand Fine & Country has rolled out a whole new interior design and development offering, pulling together a network of UK design studios and practices under a single banner.
Headed up by Carter Wells founder Alice Barrington-Wells, Fine & Country Interior Design is currently licensing a fleet of architects, staging specialists, decorators, builders and project managers to serve up advice and services to Fine & Country customers across the firm’s five-continent network.
Based out of an HQ in Parsons Green, the new office is being billed as “the property network’s primary port of call for all enquiries in relation to any property refurbishment” and licensees will have access to the full weight of F&C’s marketing heft, as well as the use of showrooms worldwide – including the international Head Office on Park Lane.
Firms will have their own account manager to make sure they’re making the most of the relationship, which promises exposure and promotion nationally and internationally; a local, regional, national and international networking and referral facility; access to a digital “members hub” for keeping track of new developments; and a dedicated in-house studio to help create new designs and marketing material. A new website has also been set up to show off case studies and portfolios.
Here’s the full list of services being offered:
- Architectural services (RIBA)
- Interior design and decoration
- Staging, styling and dressing
- Building works: From a complete new build to period property refurbishments, including M&E and audio visual installations
- Permissions to commence work: planning permission, listed building consent, party wall agreements and more
