It is an established fact that estate agents have to work with buying or retained agents, so trying to build up a long-term relationship with particular buying agents makes sense. Each party is acting in the best interest of whom they represent and a compromise is reached as a result of the expertise of both. This tends to come about during the course of a search with frequent conversations and viewings taking place between the retained agent and the buying agent, benefiting both firms symbiotically.
