Housebuilding starts up (a bit) with Cambridge and Southwark leading the way

The Office for National Statistics records 36,400 new housebuilding starts in Q2, and 34,920 completions
Completions per 1000 dwellings

The number of new homes being started in England continued to rise gently last quarter, up by 2% on the previous three months and by 6% on the same period a year earlier.
