The peeps over at Property Division have had a bash at an ambitious Mansion Tax visualisation, showing the extent to which each London borough would be affected by Labour’s proposed new levy.
Dubbed ‘The Mansion Tax Trap’, it puts the current tally of £2m+ homes in London at exactly 11,462, but includes stats from the Land Registry showing the average price increase in each area over the last ten years, so sub £2m homeowners can hazard a guess at how long it’ll be before their homes also fall ‘into the trap’.
