Mount Anvil launches Hampstead Manor with Kidderpore Hall renovation

Former student digs become high-end accommodation with prices going up to £16m

Developer Mount Anvil has brought a Greek Revival mansion in NW3 back to life as part of its latest scheme. Kidderpore Hall on Kidderpore Avenue was originally built as a grand single residence in 1843, before becoming a college and student digs until 2014; it now forms the centrepiece to the Mount Anvil’s 156-unit Hampstead Manor project.
