Open source methods should make off-plan deals less surprising

It’s been a while in the making, but a new international measurement standard promises to make at least one aspect of buying overseas a bit more understandable. A new uniform method has been rolled out by a coalition of 80 property organisations in an attempt to standardise how residential spaces are measured.
