On The Records: ‘Private & Confidential’ Land Registry applications to face delays

From 30th August, "the priority of your postal applications and correspondence may be affected if you mark them as 'Private and Confidential'

The Land Registry is making some changes to the way it deals with postal correspondence, highlighting the organisation’s right to publicise applications as it sees fit… As a result, any applications marked as private and/or confidential will probably face additional delays.
