PrimeResi.com had a bit of a refurb over the weekend. Our new look is designed to make the website easier and more pleasant to use, with a few new knobs and knockers that should make delving into the archives even more fruitful.
There’s a new menu and some additional sections to browse through; hopefully navigation etc is all fairly self-explanatory, but here are a few things that might be worth flagging up:
- New Email Newsletters: We now offer four breeds of email newsletter, including hardcore daily news (the Breakfast Briefing), a hump-day selection of the choicest new career opportunities (Headhunter), and an end-of-the-week dose of must-view properties that need to be on your radar (Properties of the Week). Choose your briefings at PrimeResi.com/email-newsletters
- Better Resources: Our array of prime property intelligence has been pimped a bit, and now includes a quarterly digest of £2m+ transactions (with some graphs), an even-more-searchable library of research reports and reference briefings, and daily data on the prime London market from LonRes. Resources 2.0 is at PrimeResi.com/resources-2
- On Locations: The PrimeResi archive is in the process of being re-catalogued by area, so you can now find market stories and property news specific to Prime Central London, the South West, the Midlands, etc. Explore this at PrimeResi.com/archives (or there’s a dropdown menu in sidebars)
We’re still working on re-cataloguing some of older articles (there’s a lot of them; coming up on 10,000 stories), so please bear with us while we complete the job.
As ever, we’re keen to hear from our readers about how we can make PrimeResi better for you, so please do send (ideally constructive) comments to email@example.com.
And do keep sending in news tips and your own business stories; we welcome everything prime resi-related, from new recruits, office openings and marketing stunts to notable deals, developments and instructions. Please send all comments and editorial suggestions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We hope you enjoy the new-look PrimeResi.com.
