A couple of recent reports have flagged up the changing face of London’s Midtown rental market: Savills argued here that technology workers are reinventing the corporate lettings landscape, while LCP claimed here that wealthy overseas students have replaced the finance sector as go-to tenants in central London.
But the capital’s financial sector is still the driving force behind property sales in London’s Midtown region, says CBRE in its Q2 “Our Patch” review.
