Subscription Cancellation and Renewal Policy
Subscriptions to PrimeResi.com are available on either a 1.) Monthly or 2.) Annual basis. In both cases, a binding contract comes into effect between us once we contact you to confirm your order with your access details, conditional upon these terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +44 (0) 28 8877 1580. Unless you request an earlier date, cancellation will take effect from the day before your next payment would have been due.
IMPORTANT: We are unable to provide refunds.
Because your subscription is activated immediately, you do not have the statutory cooling off period during which you may cancel your subscription without charge.
We will always provide you with at least six weeks notice if there are any changes to subscription rates in the future. If, as a result, you decide to change or cancel your membership, please contact us and we will change your records to this effect.
Should you renew any subscription, unless otherwise advised, this renewal and future renewals will be subject to these terms.
After indicating what kind of subscription you require, the price for your subscription will be as indicated on PrimeResi.com, via the telephone or email. Subscriptions are supplied subject to availability, remaining in current circulation and continuing to be owned by us or licensed to us. In the event that we are unable to supply any subscriptions for the agreed term, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with a pro rata refund in the event that you have paid for a period for which we cannot comply. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not however be liable for any other direct or indirect losses, nor any losses caused as a result of not being able to supply you with the subscriptions for all or any of the periods subscribed to. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your request for a subscription is accepted, you will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your online account and password, restricting access to your computer and/or preventing unauthorised access to your account. You agree to take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you believe that your account or password is being or is about to be used by anyone else you should inform us immediately at email@example.com.
All PrimeResi subscription payments are made via a secure QuickSSL webpage verified by GeoTrust and processed by Stripe. Sites secured by GeoTrust SSL certificates provide up to 256 bit encryption thereby offering the highest level of encryption and security possible.
