The Mayfair home of property tycoon Vincent Tchenguiz has reportedly been sold for a tidy sum in the region of £17m, following a speculative offer.
According to the Evening Standard, the property on Lees Place (right in the mixer just north of Grosvenor Square) is thought to have been snapped up by a Saudi Arabian purchaser. Tchenguiz told the paper today; “I wasn’t actively looking for a buyer. However, I was approached with a very attractive offer, which I accepted.”
