Founded by Peter Harris and Richard Pearce in 2004, SUSD Ltd. is a new creative development consultancy. We set up our company to help promote the connection between architecture, existing communities and development.

Predominantly, but not exclusively, SUSD works in London to develop places where new architecture adds value and helps nurture sustainable growth, creating developments that have the lowest possible impact on the environment, and a positive effect on the local community.

SUSD retains control over the design process by employing architects in-house and through our relationships with like-minded external architectural practices.

With the ability to strategically acquire sites for future redevelopment, SUSD has assets in excess of £5million investing directly in developments and creating joint ventures. Our co-investors rely on our specialist knowledge of planning legislation to reduce an investment’s risk as well as our architectural judgment. We believe that the emerging green economy presents real potential and opportunity (rather than constraints) within development.
