Two of the most connected property publicists in the business have teamed up to launch a new agency, with some significant prime resi clients already signed up.
Henrietta Harwood-Smith and Tania Thomas (née McNally) have just launched Maison Communications, with a remit to promote anything related to “living” – property, interiors and health & wellness.
Thomas (below right) was formerly Head of Residential PR at Knight Frank, and, more recently, was a Board Director and Head of Property at luxury PR agency Luchford, where she managed accounts for the likes of Finchatton, Grosvenor’s London estate, Capco, British Land’s prime resi schemes, Oliver Burns, Dukelease, Northacre and Christie’s International Real Estate.
Harwood-Smith (left) worked alongside Thomas at Luchford for a while, before joining Hamptons International as Senior PR Manager. She set up her own consultancy in 2014, and has been handling communications for top-end clients including Humberts, Marsh & Parsons New Homes and buying agency Haringtons since then.
Quite a few property firms have already signed up to Maison, which is based out of Humberts’ new London HQ on Berkeley Square: the duo will be handling PR for an impressive roster from the get-go, including luxury developers, estate agencies, a buying agency and a big name architecture practice:
